Positive Intelligence™ for Mental Fitness & Resilience

The PQ Program, a 20-minute-a-day, six-week boot camp, grows your mental muscles, with insights, motivation, and app-based structure.

Three Core Mental Muscles Help Us Thrive in Challenging Times

By increasing our capacity to respond to challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset, PQ’s impact is stronger performance, greater happiness, health and wellness, better relationships at home, at work and in all of our interactions. At its core, it teaches us how to summon the power of meditation but in the real-life moment when we need it most.

Built on a synthesis of break-through research from the disciplines of Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and performance science, Shirzad Chamine developed the Positive Intelligence “operating system” through many years of testing with over 500,000 participants – beginning at Stanford University and later in the executive suites of fortune 100 companies. Shirzad believes that Positive Intelligence can change the world by making it a kinder, gentler more generous and creative place.

How does it work? PQ helps weaken the internal Saboteurs who generate all our negativity in the way they respond to challenges. Our “Saboteurs” – PQ identifies nine of them – cause all our stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and unhappiness.

On the other hand, our “Sage” lives in an entirely different region of our brain and handles challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action. We perform better like athletes “in the zone.” We feel less stress, more peace, and consistent happiness, even in tough times. And our relationships improve as we are able to handle conflicts in ways that deepen trust and harmony.

This is a seven-session, six-week app-driven program that can be taken independently, with a small gro”up (Pod) and/or with coaching support and facilitation.

“The Positive Intelligence (PQ) model is a brilliant breakthrough as it defines, measures, and improves your awareness of your own performance and happiness. It also helps solve the mystery of why so many smart people still fail to be successful.”
